Convocation

17th Convocation of the Institute
was held on 4th October, 2021 in
online mode; only medal winners
of B. Tech, M. Tech and all Phd
Scholars attended the convocation
in physical mode. Honorable Shri
Dharmendra Pradhan Ji, Minister
of Education, Government of India
was the Chief Guest of the function.
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar NIT Jalandhar
During his Conovcation address,
he said that the eduation is the

only instrument for prosperity and
inclusive growth; and the education
has beeome highly competitive
in the present day scenerio.
Shri S. C. Ralhan, Chairman of
BOG congratulated the degree
receipients and wished them to
achieve new milestones in the
onward march of life with courage,
conviction and confidence. A total
of 1131 degrees were awarded,
including 61 PhD degrees.
