Sh S. S. Sandhu, Secretary Higher Education was the
Chief Guest of 13th Convocation held on 28th April
2018. On this ocassion, the Institute started the practice
of honoring ‘Best Teachers’ of the Institute evaluated on
the basis of their annual performance appraisal.
