Registration Information
Registration for ICSEMT 2027 will open as per the schedule. Online registration will provide access to all conference sessions, proceedings, networking events, and conference materials.
Early registration is encouraged to secure your participation and take advantage of early-bird rates.
For detailed paper submission steps, please refer to the Author Guidelines. Once your abstract/paper is accepted, proceed with the following registration steps:
Important: Both registration payment and presentation are mandatory for publication.
Registration Process
Check Acceptance
Ensure you have received the official acceptance notification for your abstract/paper.
Fee Payment
Pay the registration fee via the official portal provided. Keep the transaction receipt safe.
Confirmation
Send a confirmation email to icsemt2027@nitj.ac.in with your transaction number and paper details.
Important Instructions
- Compulsory Registration: Registration is compulsory for all papers. Without at least one author registration, the paper will not be processed.
- Delegate Registration: All delegates attending the conference must register.
- Co-Author Registration: Co-authors wishing to attend must register separately as listeners/delegates.
- Student Rate: Applicable only if the first author is a full-time student.

Below are the details of the Registration Fee. Kindly note that 18% extra GST will be added to the base amount.

Publication Processing Charges
Publication fee structure depends on the publisher selected and will be announced with publisher confirmation. Possible scenarios include:
- No additional charges (if publisher covered by conference)
- Article Processing Charges for open-access (if applicable)
Details will be communicated to authors as soon as the publisher is confirmed.
