Estate office Section is involved in construction of new buildings and other infrastructure facilities, Repair & maintenance of civil & electrical works, horticulture & landscaping works, sanitation & cleanliness works and outsourcing of skilled, semiskilled, unskilled workers required in various sections/departments of the Institute.
The section is headed by Dean (Planning and development), who is assisted by Associate deans.
The Estate Maintenance department has the responsibility to maintain the campus spread over an extent of 154.25 acres.
