Dr Mahesh Kumar Sah has been awarded "Outstanding Researcher in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering" for the contribution and achievement in the discipline of engineering by Venus International Foundation, India. It was presented during 6th Annual Science and Technology Meet (ASTM-2020) on 9th January 2021 at Green Park Chennai. Each year, this award is conferred to a remarkable Researcher / Faculty Member for the exceptional contribution to Fundamental Discoveries, New Theories, or Insights. 

Dr Mahesh Kumar Sah has been conferred with I20R National Eminent Young Researcher Award 2020 by International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR) India. The awards are bestowed upon the individuals and institutes recognized by this organization for their remarkable contribution in education and research around the globe. The organization recognized Dr. Mahesh for “Eminent Young Researcher Award” in India for his innovative research on Biomaterials and contribution to society during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr Mahesh Kumar Sah was invited to delivered an Expert talk for TEQIP-III sponsored Workshop on "Innovative Project-based Learning in Engineering and Technology" at Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET), Jhansi during 28-29 February 2020.

Awarded Winner as "Green ThinkerZ Preeminent Engineer Award-2019" in 4th International Convention on Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable Development | IRSD 2020 | CII Chandigarh | 10 Jan 2020 organized by Green ThinkerZ - India in association with Centre for Modern Construction, Western Sydney University, Australia.
