Research Interests : 1. Industrial Pollution Control Engineering.
2. Catalysis and Chemical Reaction Engineering.
3. Selective dehydration, hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis of biomass-derived oxygenated hydrocarbon over supported nanoparticle catalysts.
4. Conversion of biomass to fuels and chemicals.
5. Kinetic modelling.
Brief Research Profile: : Worked in the field of heterogeneous catalysts and Industrial Pollution Control Engineering. Have extensive knowledge of handling of high-pressure batch reactor and continuous flow reactor unit. Familiar with various analytical instruments like UV-VIS Spectroscopy, Gas Chromatography (GC), GCMS, micromeritics pulse chemisorb 2720 equipment (BET, TPR, TPD, TPO, chemisorptions study), micromeritics ASAP 2020 equipment (catalyst surface area, porosity, pore volume and pore size measurement), FTIR, XRD, SEM, TEM, TGA and ICP-MS.
