Online International Conference WOMEN RESEARCHERS IN ELECTRONICS AND COMPUTING (Conducted On-April 22 – 24, 2021)

The focus of the conference was on promoting and encouraging women engineers and motivating young girls to follow their academic interests to a career in engineering. Conference has been organised by (the female faculty of) Electronics and Communication Engineering dept. All the members of conference organizing team were women

All keynote speakers, tutorial presenters, session chairs and reviewers were women. With a view to inspire women engineers, pioneer and successful women achievers in the domains of VLSI design, wireless sensor networks, communication, image and signal processing, machine learning, and emerging technologies had been identified from across the globe and invited to present their work and address the participants in this women oriented conference

There were 02 Keynote Addresses (02) during the conference: • Health 4.0 By Dr NilminiWikramasinghe, Prof. Digital Health, & Deputy Director, Iverson Health Innovation Research Institute,Swinburne University of Technology, Australia • Modular Sensor Interfacing and Signal Conditioning By Prof Maryam ShojaeiBaghini, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT-Bombay, Powai, Mumbai, INDIA There were 02 Conference Tutorials (02) during the conference: • Game-driven Electronic Design Automation By Dr Gayatri Mehta(Alumnus of NITJ), Associate Professor,Department of Electrical Engineering, University of North Texas • AI tools to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR) By Dr Seema Singh, MS (Surgery), PGDM (IIM-A) Digital Health Consultant. There were 10 paper presentation sessions and Best paper award was announced in each session.
